Order Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. (It can be returned for a refund, but it cannot be cancelled.)

If you need to cancel or make changes to an order, please contact Customer Service as quickly as possible at 1-800-397-0122 or sales@vikingcue.com. Please note that many orders are shipped the same day that the order is placed, or at the latest, on the next business day.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If an order is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, the shipping company (FedEx, USPS, or UPS) will not redeliver that package for free; they require payment. You are responsible for verifying that your shipping address is correct. Incorrect addresses frequently result in delays, undeliverable packages, and additional fees.

If you discover that the address you entered is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at 1-800-397-0122 or sales@vikingcue.com, and we will make every effort to correct your order information. If a shipment cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address including an incorrect zip code, missing or incorrect suite, office, or street number, etc., then you are responsible for any fees assessed by the shipping company to change the address or return and/or reship your package.

Please be advised that shipping companies assess a fee to correct and/or redeliver a package that is submitted with incorrect address information.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If you receive a damaged package, or if you believe that your package is lost, please contact us immediately at 1-800-397-0122 or sales@vikingcue.com.
