Corona Virus (COVID 19)

UPDATE 3/24/2020

As a measure to minimize the spread of COVID-19 within the state, Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers issued the “Safer at Home” order effectively closing non-essential business within the state effective at 8AM on Wednesday the 25th of March and to continue until the 24th of April.

In compliance with this order, minimal staff will be on hand to maintain Viking’s physical plant and equipment to ensure Viking’s ability to resume full production upon the expiration of the order. Viking Customer Service will respond as quickly as possible to emails and calls within reduced hours.

Cues currently in for repair will be completed and shipped as we return to normal operation. Viking is asking customers to please refrain from sending additional cues in for repair until that time.

As a precautionary measure to protect our customers and staff in light of COVID-19, Viking has temporarily suspended its retail lobby hours. As a result, during this time Viking cannot accept walk-in customers for cue purchase or repair

Although at this time we are operating at our normal business hours, events unfolding around the country may result in the reduction or suspension of our business hours as well as the possible interruption of normal shipping methods with little or no notice. If either of those events were to occur, delays in orders and repairs can be expected.

If Viking is forced to suspend its operations and you have an order placed with us, please know that as a member of the Viking family your order is important to us. Upon resuming shipping and production, every effort will be made to minimize any delay in orders. If you have already sent in your cue for repair, you can be assured that your cue is safe with us but Viking will be unable to repair or return your cue to you until normal working hours are resumed and/or normal shipping methods have been restored.

Simply put… Since there are so many unknowns over the next few weeks ahead, Viking recommends keeping your cue safe at home unless it needs immediate attention. Enjoy it! Play pool with it! Before too long things will be back to normal and we will be able to repair your cue with our usual, industry leading turnaround. In the meantime, please remember to support your local dealers and pool halls any way you can. We won't make it to the end of this journey if we don't all walk it together.
