Placing an Order

Where does Viking Cue accept orders from?

At present, we ship to U.S. addresses only. We do however accept orders from any country in the world for delivery within the United States.

How do I place an order?

You can place your order online, 24 hours a day, or call us directly at 1-800-397-0122 Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (CST). Please note: Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. (CST) on Thursday will be processed on Monday.

How do I check on the status of an order?

You may check the status of your order by calling 1-800-397-0122, or by sending an email at sales@vikingcue.com

warranty & repairs

Viking and Valhalla cues purchased from an Authorized Viking/Valhalla retailer or distributor come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Payment Options

What forms of payment are accepted for online purchases?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards and online gift certificates.

Please note: We do not accept credit cards issued from a bank outside of the United States. We also do not accept American Express Gift Cards, Visa Gift Cards, or MasterCard Gift Cards at this time.

E-mail Confirmation on Your Order

How will I know if my order is confirmed?

If you provided a valid email address during the Checkout process, you will receive an email after your order is placed. This email confirms that we have received your order and are processing your order. Keep this email for your records because it contains your order number and can be used for receipt purposes.

How to Cancel Your Order

How do I change or cancel an order once it is placed?

If you have submitted an order and wish to change or cancel it, contact customer service at 1-800-397-0122. You will receive a refund or credit after the product has been returned and processed. Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment.

Shipping Rates/Options

What shipping options are available?

Orders from Viking Cue are shipped via UPS, USPS, or FedEx. If you have a preferred service please include that in your order notes or contact Viking Cue Customer Care. 

When is my order shipped?

Standard shipping and processing: most orders are shipped from Madison, Wisconsin to arrive within five to seven business days from receipt of your order, if the product is in stock. Many of our cues are custom made just for you so we will let you know the time frame on these cues.

Can I ship an order to a P.O. Box?

No. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

How much extra will priority shipping cost?

Upgraded shipping options, next day air, second day air and three day select, will be available on the current rate scale for all products. Please see our current rate scale for details but costs can range from $16.95 to $32.95 an order depending on total dollar amount of order and shipping method selected.

How Your Order Is Secured

When I order online is my credit card information secure?

Providing a safe and secure environment for your order information is our top priority. Viking Cue protects the security of your online transaction by taking advantage of Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. SSL technology encrypts data allowing only Viking Cue to decode your information and helps to create a secure environment for transactions on the internet.

To further protect your security, we suggest you sign off your account and close your browser window after you have finished your visit, especially if you are using a computer shared by others.

About Sales Tax

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Sales tax is calculated using the address where the product is being shipped.

Returning Products

What is Viking Cue's Return Policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with a Viking Cue purchased at vikingcue.com for any reason, please return it for merchandise credit or refund. We accept the return of products for up to 30 days after purchase. Returns are refunded in the method of original payment.

Please include a note or letter containing the following information:

Your name, address, and email address
Your daytime phone number, in case we have questions
A list of the product(s) and why you are returning the product(s)
Please ship your return package prepaid to the address below. All return packages must be shipped using a service that tracks packages, such as with UPS, FedEx or USPS (ask for services that have tracking options). Then you can use the service provider's online tracking system to know when we have received your package. Viking Cue is not responsible for lost or damaged inbound packages.

Please allow a minimum of 14 days for us to receive and process your return. You can expect a refund within 30 days of when we receive your return credit. Credits are available within 10 days of the return. We'll notify you via email once we've received and processed the returned product(s). We'll credit or refund the value of the merchandise total. Refunds will be given in the same form of payment as the original purchase.

NOTE: This does NOT include shipping, handling, or any customization charges that may have been assessed.

Gift Certificates

How do I purchase a gift certificate?

We offer electronic gift certificates (delivered via email). To make your purchase simply call (800) 397-0122 to purchase a gift certificate.

Gift Certificates Regulations

  • Online gift certificates must be redeemed through Viking Cue.
  • Online gift gertificates cannot be purchased with another online gift certificate.
  • If the amount of your Online Gift Certificate(s) does NOT cover the total order amount, payment for the balance will need to be covered with a valid credit card.
  • Any amount of money that is left on your online gift certificate will be stored and available for your next purchase.
  • Gift certificates expire one year from date of purchase.
