Viking and Valhalla cues purchased from an Authorized Viking/Valhalla retailer or distributor come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty.

If you provided a valid email address during the Checkout process, you will receive an email after your order is placed. This email confirms that we have received your order and are processing your order. Keep this email for your records because it contains your order number and can be used for receipt purposes.
How do I change or cancel an order once it is placed?
If you have submitted an order and wish to change or cancel it, contact customer service at 1-800-397-0122. You will receive a refund or credit after the product has been returned and processed. Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment.
Orders from Viking Cue are shipped via UPS, USPS, or FedEx. If you have a preferred service please include that in your order notes or contact Viking Cue Customer Care.
Standard shipping and processing: most orders are shipped from Madison, Wisconsin to arrive within five to seven business days from receipt of your order, if the product is in stock. Many of our cues are custom made just for you so we will let you know the time frame on these cues.
No. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Upgraded shipping options, next day air, second day air and three day select, will be available on the current rate scale for all products. Please see our current rate scale for details but costs can range from $16.95 to $32.95 an order depending on total dollar amount of order and shipping method selected.

If you are not completely satisfied with a Viking Cue purchase for any reason, please return it for merchandise credit or refund. We accept the return of products purchased from Viking Cue for up to 30 days after purchase. Returns are refunded in the method of original payment.

Your name, address, and email address
Your daytime phone number, in case we have questions
A list of the product(s) and why you are returning the product(s)
Please ship your return package prepaid to the address below. All return packages must be shipped using a service that tracks packages, such as with UPS, FedEx or USPS (ask for services that have tracking options). Then you can use the service provider's online tracking system to know when we have received your package. Viking Cue is not responsible for lost or damaged inbound packages.

Please allow a minimum of 14 days for us to receive and process your return. You can expect a refund within 30 days of when we receive your return credit. Credits are available within 10 days of the return. We'll notify you via email once we've received and processed the returned product(s). We'll credit or refund the value of the merchandise total. Refunds will be given in the same form of payment as the original purchase.
